Beautiful & Costly

Can you picture what the Holy Place & the Most Holy Place could have looked like? This was a beautiful & costly place! It was God’s dwelling place, HIS HOLY HOUSE. It had to be beautiful, because He is beautiful. It had to be costly, because His value is beyond measure. To be in His Presence is more valuable than any created thing! When the priests walked into that room, they were supposed to see God in their minds eye: His BEAUTY; His WORTH; His LIGHT; His SACRIFICE; His GLORY. After-all, it was His house & they were in His Presence!

Where God’s Spirit Dwells

So God no longer dwells in a building, but within each one of us that have accepted Him as our Savior & Lord. His Spirit is not in the building of the church but in the body of those within the church. Praise God that we no longer have to go to a specific place to meet with Him. He is working in hearts & minds all over the world.

Our Walk With God

Being a Christian has its ups & downs. It is full of failure, forgiveness, & new resolve. We may experience many growing pains in our walk with the Lord. But through Him, we do grow. We keep fighting. We keep getting back up. We learn to trust Him more. We experience more of Him & we worship Him more. This is the process of sanctification as we are being transformed into His image, from this glory to the eternal. The Christian journey is a struggle. But we know that it ends with victory in Him!
